This is a head game (build the ability to focus and get shit done through all the distractions and noise there is)

I’m amazed how many unconscious behaviors I have (most of my time I waste with unconscious behavior)

Your life is entirely up to you period

Other people lives in none of your business (at least now) so double down on your life

You never been better (more developed) then now

What a more aware version of mine would do in this context?

Or what I would do if I will have much more awareness?

What I should know and I don’t? What I’m missing?

44. SIX PACK OF THE MIND (first things first)

Everything begins in the mind

Practice mind control

Your mind I taken by so many worthless distractions

How much you thought at important stuff like:

Doubling your income

Double down on your brain, learning more skills, being sharper and faster

Better friendship, allies and romance

Deep philosophical questions that can shift your life

Lessons from history

Invest time in what matters

Prioritize your life

Many are penny wise and dollar foolish

Don’t store shit in your mind that doesn’t help you and your life in any way

Fill you mind with relevant info for your life

The definition of the right thing can only be understand in the context of the opportunity cost

Go deep and not as wide in what you invest

If you don’t love yourself how will?

People are worried only about the wrong things

At least 1 hour of silence and thinking

Thinking through about your life and prioritize

Don’t miss weight
