Thoughts:

Let go. Release all your stress and tension from your body, empty your mind, destroy the illusion of the self and pay attention to whatever happens inside and outside of you. Watch your breath and listen to your heart. Pay close attention to all the signals from inside but mostly focus on the breath. You are here now in this space. You feel your inside because of its relation with the outside. You have this beautiful and complex organic system and you didn’t work for it. Be grateful, feel deep down this state expand it to your whole body, and be grateful for every part of you. Starting with your little toes and keep going up, spreading love to whole your body, till you reach your face, your lips , your nose and eyes. Send some love and gratefulness to every part of your body, to this wonderful gift that you are fortune to have. Stop taking everything for granted you could not be here or be in a much worse shape. So be grateful, be kind, forgive and accept yourself fully. Start falling in love again with yourself and all this beautiful feelings will spread out to others too.

Be obsessed, even a maniac about your life

Do more with less

You are more than able to create a meaningful and prosper life
