What i’ve learned:

Self-awareness: understanding of your conscious and unconscious reasons for doing something or acting in a certain way.

Besides meditation and feedback from outside, there is another way to get outside of your own head so can see inside more clearly. I’m talking about smart drugs, microdosing and psychedelics. These tools can be used to get in altered states of consciousness and enhance mental capabilities. Dave Asprey is talking especially about the nootropics that improve mental performance for certain tasks. And two nootropics that stuck with me are the ones that most peoples use in one way or another: caffeine and nicotine. Pure nicotine is very addictive, but if you don’t have cancer it helps to grow new blood vessels and enhance mitochondria in your cells. Caffeine is almost everyone favorite drug, is an energy booster and cognitive enhancer.

Notes:

Blessed are the ones who see the light of day.

Do something productive, when you feel everything falling.

Any wave will crush at some point, and you will keep standing.

Life is the most precious.

Life keeps going so will you.

No complaining, no excuse, just keep moving.
