Thoughts:

Awesome morning lessons from James Altucher. Four things to try every day for getting better:

1) Physical health (body)

-eat, move and sleep better every day

2) Emotional health

-eliminate toxic people from your life, don’t have any business with them

3) Mental health

-exercise your idea muscle, keep your mind active and in shape by: come up with 10 ideas or less every day, and if it is one really good idea find 10 ways to execute on it.

4) Spiritual health

-you can’t control what is happening outside, you can influence it but nut control it. What you can control is yourself and your response. Nothing is guaranteed, try and do your best at any time and everything will go well.

-get your life back together, focus on what you can do to improve yourself everyday

-change the perspective to gratitude and move on

-choose yourself and your narrative, stop lying to yourself and see the matrix
