Australia Bushfire Relief Charity Update
Generous friends!
This past January, DriveThruRPG.com and DMsGuild.com worked with hundreds of publishers and community authors to set up eight bundles of tabletop roleplaying titles, with all proceeds to benefit two Australia Bushfire charities. Today, February 11, 2020, we ended this incredibly successful “Fight Fire with Games” charity promotion.
In total, through your generosity, Fight Fire with Games garnered an incredible USD $218,000, or $325,000 AUD!
These earnings will be divided equally between 1. Red Cross of Australia’s “Disaster Relief and Recovery” fund and 2. Australian World Wildlife Fund’s “Bushfire Emergency.”
To celebrate the kindness of the many publishers and authors who donated their products to this effort, we have also designed a new badge that will grace the pages of all the titles that were included in one of the Fight Fire with Games bundles.
We offer our deepest heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated a title or who purchased one of the charity bundles.
