People need information quickly.

UK consumers overpay hundreds of pounds each year for household bills because the information they need to manage utilities like energy, mobile and insurance accounts is so difficult to access, manage and compare.

Starting with Google Assistant (available on Android, Google Home and newer iOS devices), it’s now possible to understand what’s going on with your household accounts, simply by asking Onedox.

Across a range of household utilities and suppliers, you can ask things like:

  • how much was my last bill?
  • when does my contract renew?
  • when does my car MOT expire?; and
  • can I save money?

It’s easy to imagine how this could evolve and be even more useful in the future — with voice providing a convenient channel for doing things when you have precious moments to spare — such as paying a bill through voice, requesting a call from a supplier, or getting advice on alternative products and services.

We’re excited to see how our customers use it and how it will develop.

Get started and talk to Onedox via Google now by visiting our Onedox + Voice page.
