oneFactor has become a national member of the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia (ACAR). At a meeting of the ACAR Council, the company introduced the SmartIndex 2.0 service to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of outdoor advertising. Recall that in June of this year, oneFactor launched the SmartIndex 2.0 media measurement service, which works according to the freemium model, when the basic functionality is provided for free.
The free part of the service allows any market participant to receive average GRP and OTS ratings for free. As part of the paid version, you can connect to monthly updated GRP, TRP, Reach/Frequency, taking into account seasonality and the ability to see the dynamics of accumulating ratings by day, week, month. The free part includes data on 41 cities; in the paid version, data are available on 1108 cities and 154 thousand other settlements of the Russian Federation.
Users of the service can receive ratings for any target audience — by sex, age, income level, place of residence, taking into account the transit population and other segments. SmartIndex 2.0 allows you to plan an advertising campaign targeting the owners of a particular car brand or a specific phone model, regular taxi users, etc. The service is based on the profiles of subscribers of mobile operators, enriched with data from other sources (banks, retailers, OFD, Internet companies, Wi -Fi providers, web traffic).
