Back in October, One iota announced a collaboration with leading formal menswear and womenswear retailer, Hawes & Curtis, in order to deploy their Assisted Sale iPad App on iOS along with Adyen’s leading contactless payment solution.

These digital solutions will be used across stores nationwide, helping store teams to make the purchasing and browsing of products simpler and easier for customers.

Together we have focussed on offering the customer base a true omni-channel experience across their network of stores and through their website. Hawes & Curtis aimed to evolve the digital experience further and by working with One iota, have allowed this experience to come to life nationwide.

Before implementation, customers who were unable to find the right products had to either go online or visit another store, however, the introduction of the Assisted iPad App into stores means that colleagues now have a fast way to access a wider range of insights and products to be able to convert enquiries into sales on the spot.

Touker Suleyman, CEO of Hawes & Curtis

“At Hawes & Curtis, we are constantly investing in innovative and new technology to improve the retail experience for our customers. We want our store team to be able to help customers every time they visit by providing visibility and access to the right products across every channel” said Touker Suleyman, CEO of Hawes & Curtis. “This tool allows our colleagues to share product information, help to drive brand engagement and ultimately provide our customer with the experience they deserve.”

Our Assisted Sale iPad App is just one of the many apps in our portfolio that are changing the nature of work for retail store teams, by putting the power to serve customers more effectively back in their hands. One iota is extensively experienced in helping retailers provide more compelling in-store experiences, resulting in increased sales and higher average order values, with over 1000 iPads running the Assisted Sales App in multiple territories with other brand including JD, Quiz and Superdry.

Hawes & Curtis is confident in our industry proven cloud based platform MESH to link the iPad app with the company’s applications and data, enabling a high-performance and scalable solution.

“For brands to succeed they must deliver services that meet the consumer needs irrespective of the sales channel they are coming into the business on. With expectations increasing retailers need to ensure stock is visible, accessible and that multiple payment and delivery options exist to better serve the customer. We are really pleased to be working with the team at a well respected brand such as Hawes and Curtis and are looking forward to helping them deliver solutions to improve their customer’s experience.” said Christian Brooks, Managing Director of One iota.
