Extension Installation & Known Issues

Jays is a lazy developer.

It’s very cool that Joomla supports installation package.

So all extensions created by J-SOHO are package.

After downloaded the package from J-SOHO, Upload it to Joomla site directly, wait until the successful notice displayed, then you can use the extension.

Do Not Unzip It!

Common Issues

1. Upload failed! Check if the server setting(php.ini) such as upload_max_filesize and post_max_size. make sure it is at least larger than 4mb
2. Plugin — System-OverrideLS. If you use this plugin, it will conflict the backend of our extensions. please contact the developer to add the code in order to skip when you use our extensions.
3. Plugin — System-K2. If you use this plugin, it will conflict the backend of our extensions. please contact the developer to add the code in order to skip when you use our extensions. Or now you can download the hacked patch one here.
