OnePlanet Planet Popper: Preparing for the Next Phase
Starting in December 2023, OnePlanet Planet Popper has journeyed alongside over 3.0M+ missions completed by 290K+ gamers, collectors, and traders through the partnership with the top-notch game projects on Polygon. This journey was an important milestone for achieving OnePlanet’s goal of ‘Unleashing the potential of GameFi’.
We express our deepest gratitude to all the individuals who have passionately engaged with Planet Popper. We are excited to introduce OnePlanet’s latest points-based mechanism, which is just the beginning of a series of exciting developments we have planned for this year.
Our valued and active members can look forward to receiving the recognition and significant rewards including future airdrop they deserve based on the points you have collected.
Introducing the Points System
Moving forward, popping planets will no longer yield MATIC; instead, you’ll earn MISSION POINTS (MP) by completing Planet Popper missions. These MPs will give you access to premium rewards that offer significant benefits within this year.
You can still withdraw your MATIC by March 29th, 2024 UTC 00:00 if accumulate over 3 MATIC in your MATIC BANK by then. However, please note that once you withdraw, you will NOT qualify for additional Mission Points that may affect the rate of your future airdrop rewards!
How do the missions convert to MPs?
There will be two Mission Points conversion schemes that will benefit those who have passionately participated in Planet Popper (if you meet both conditions, you will receive MPs for both schemes). Mission Points will be distributed based on the snapshot that will be taken on March 29th, 2024 (06:00 UTC).
1. MP by Number of Planets Popped
The more planets you have popped, the higher the rate at which you can get mission points (per planet). Keep completing missions to pop more planets and increase your future yield of rewards! The number of planets indicates the accumulated planets you have collected so far (regardless of $MATIC withdrawals).
You can check your current number of planets popped so far in the Google spreadsheet link below. Search your wallet address there. (To be updated daily at UTC 06:00).

2. MP by MATIC Held in MATIC BANK
The more MATIC you have in the Planet Popper MATIC BANK, the more Mission Points you will get rewarded. Complete missions to accumulate more MATIC in your MATIC BANK! (You must hold it and NOT withdraw your MATIC until the time of the snapshot.)
