What is Carrieverse❓

Carrieverse is a digital realm where players can engage in various social and economic activities using their unique avatars, embodying a virtual reality world. Each avatar is customizable to represent each user’s personality and traits best, of which they can participate in an array of in-game activities within an engaging narrative involving their main characters Carrie and Kola. From purchasing and owning houses, to meeting people from all over the world, to visiting the fortune and tarot system, Carrieverse allows players to live multiple lives and transcend the borders of alternate realities.

The project was initiated as a collaborative venture between Mantisco and Carriesoft on the 5th of January in 2022. Mantisco was known for its success in the game ‘Hunter’s Arena’, which achieved millions of downloads on Steam and Playstation. Carriesoft, on the other hand, was a listed Korean Company backed by an online community of 3 million Youtube subscribers. Together, both organisations had a vision to revolutionize multi-platform gaming with blockchain technology — thus formalising the concept of ‘Carrieverse’.

Adopting a Web3 framework, it aims to magnify the network effect of content and address players’ ownership issues with in-game assets commonly faced in traditional gaming by transforming intellectual property into non-fungible tokens. All these initiatives make Carrieverse a space for enhanced user play, digital asset ownership, while retaining the successful gaming and social environment across Web2 platforms.

The game is scheduled to be released this summer, and will be available globally in 170 countries and in 7 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and Vietnamese).

• Home/Dream Town Creation: Unleash your creativity and build your dream property with a multitude of building tools. After owning your own space, you can also invite friends over and even earn rewards for exceptional designs.

The purpose of CVTX tokens 🪙

CVTX is the project’s native token for the Carrieverse economy. CVTX fuels all in-game activities such as enabling players to buy fashion items, engage in mini-games, and purchase Non-Fungible-Tokens (NFTs). This allows token holders to access and enjoy the content within the game while earning allocated rewards.

The token is already live and is available on multiple Centralized Exchanges like Gate.io.

Moreover, Play-To-Earn enthusiasts will be pleased to know of ‘SuperKola Tactics’, a P2E Trading Card Game (TCG) that will be released for players looking for additional entertainment. All in all, Carrieverse will be launching 1,000 limited edition Land NFTs distributed in 3 sales across 3 different categories: Property, Miner, and Maker.

It’s crucial to note that the first upcoming mint on the 28th will only have a limited quantity of 90 Genesis Boxes available for sale.

Each of the 3 categories also serves a specific role within the game’s economy as shown below.
