Online.io project is a self-sustained business

Like every other company, in the early phase, we didn’t have big enough budget to continue working at high speed. Fortunately, there was our founder, Alexandru Iulian Florea, who was willing to put everything he could in that moment to keep this idea alive.

Alexandru Iulian Florea is the founder and CEO of Microleaves. Under his management, Microleaves has grown to the World Largest Proxy Network with over 30 million IPs and around 20k customers including Fortune 500 Companies. The profile of the business enabled him to come up with the idea of developing a solution which has as core values protecting user’s privacy and security. And that is where the seed for Online.io started growing.

After some time, after all the research, hard work, dedication, we finally had a technical solution draft, but unfortunately what we didn’t have, was development team to bring it to life. Iulian then invested in contracting a well established and experienced software development company, Zfort group. Zfort Group is a full-scale IT outsourcing service provider with 18 years of experience. They meet our high standards which is one of the reasons we are in business with them. Now, hopefully, you can see that the team behind the scenes of Online.io is a blend of hard-working and successful experts, such as entrepreneurs, tech, and business talent.

As you are all aware of the fact that we either participated or visited many conferences and roadshows, but something you don’t know, is that it was as well self-funded.

Just like any other company, our goal is to bring our product to market and make it successful. During the development period, and also further on, we were offered multiple attractive proposals from investors in exchange for equity. We started this on our own, we wanted to continue like that!

Also, we are proud to say that up until this moment all the investments in promoting our solution were not financed using the money invested by the community that supports and believes in the vision of Online.io

As our aim is to make our solution a global solution, our hard cap will be used for partnering with companies with similar vision and interests thus releasing the internet from ads, malware, and trackers. We want to correct the injustice that is being done to people all around the world. We have our rights, and they cannot be taken away from us that easily.
