Online.io team at the HUBS CRYPTO FEST

Last week Online.io Team had an opportunity to join the HUBS CRYPTO FEST event in Bucharest.

HUBS is a nonprofit organization focused on alternative education, and they have come up with an idea to organize a crypto festival which was held May of 26th, in Bucharest.

In the epicenter of this event, there were three panels which were crucial for it: investing, development and social panel.

The Investing panel is the largest one, and it has two goals:
A better understanding of ICOs, including value judging, exchange listing
Professional investor’s point of view regarding crypto assets in 2018

The Development panel is aiming to help anyone willing to learn about ICOs practically, while also they had a chance to use Ethereum platform and familiarize themselves with the Solidity programming language.

Impact panel which hosted public debates to bring people up to speed about decentralization in society.

Representatives from different companies took a chance to speak during this event. As Online.io is becoming more and more popular, we were invited to hold a speech regarding ICOs and crypto-world.

Each panel was curated by several individuals having real-life experience with the topic at hand. Experienced trading specialists, blockchain developers presented insightful ideas, while there were also debates moderated by new-technology activists. For Online.io, Alexandru Eftimie, Chief Technology Officer and Bojana Milosevic, Social Media and Marketing Specialist took the stage. The presentation focused on delivering an overview of the solution we are bringing to market by exposing the current issues at hand (scammy ads, malware, and tracking) as well as Online.io proposal for solving these issues. Also, it was an excellent opportunity for Online.io team to connect with enthusiasts of blockchain technology and to gather their vibes and thoughts on the project during the Q&A session.
