Brand loyalty is one of the most valuable assets a business can have. When consumers are loyal to your brand they will continue to purchase your products even if you have little hiccups. This may seem to be counterintuitive but the most beneficial aspect of this practice is in the long-term. When you bring in students to consume your products and services early on, they will become loyal customers when it counts, when they are employed and making money.
One of the most difficult aspects of this practice is actually getting your discounts to students.
