We’ve been running our Trust Site for a number of months now, a very soft launch as we made sure the site was reflecting our own internal monitoring systems.

Well it’s time to shout a bit louder — click here to see what is being monitored, how we are doing and take a little extra time to follow our peformance on the dedicated twitter channel if you have an app running that is built and managed with MobileCaddy.

Currently the site shows

  1. A daily check of each of our monitoring systems
  2. A summary of records and connection sessions processed
  3. Record issues recorded
  4. Authentication issues recorded
  5. Metrics (platform) overage recorded

We will be building on these for sure — but we are also bringing into play both Notifications and Alerts. Through our listen, learn and share model we keep an ear out for all items that may affect mobile apps (such as change of OS versions) and we will be broadcasting these as well as notifying of our pre-release testing via our internal TestCaddy processes.

With App Performance our No1 priority it is fantastic to see the facts, warts n all, being published on a daily basis.
