MELDalorians are the core of the MELD community, they are the heart and soul of the greater MELD world. The community sees them as the expert, the hero, the keeper of the flame. If people have an issue, they turn to them, if they have criticism they take the brunt, if things are pumping, MELDalorians are the stars. For the good and the bad, they are on the front line and everyone needs to remember this and respect the role of MELDalorians.

If you are into DeFi, banking the unbanked, fixing the banking system, and empowering people all over the world to take control of their finances, then MELD is for you. We are looking for passionate people who have a social media presence, and are outgoing and ambitious.

We will arm you and give you a platform to build community and expand the reach of MELD globally.

We want people who tweet regularly, meme like a monster, and have a passion for content creation. We are fully committed to the crypto community and are inclusive, not exclusive in our embrace.

MELDalorians are organized into classes. Each class has a different set of responsibilities and income levels. Below is an outline for each class.

6th Class

The entry-level MELDalorians are the lowest class. Almost all new recruits will be starting in this class. We want our Ambassadors to move up through the ranks as quickly as possible. With this in mind, most new recruits will be moved up to the 5th class within a month of starting.

Your job in the 6th class is to prove that you are committed to helping and being a part of the MELD community and contributing on the level that is worthy of being a MELDalorian.

6th Class recruits often are cut very quickly for lack of making an effort. If you are expecting to get paid to do nothing but retweet once in a while, then you will not make the grade to the 5th class. You will be discharged. Being a MELDalorian is not for everyone, you need to really make an effort to build with us.

Participate in the Discord channels
Tweet, retweet, and discuss MELD on CT
GM regularly
Either make memes or bring memes to the community
Write articles (if you are a writer) about MELD or subjects close to MELD
Create content (if you are a creator) on anything even remotely related to MELD.
Translate + cultivate (if you speak multiple languages)
Share alpha + insight (we all want to learn + make money in crypto)

5th Class

The 5th class are the heavy lifters and the hardest workers among the MELDalorians. Their role is to be on the ground in the Telegram chats and Discord channels, to spend time with the community, and have a good time doing it. It’s about posting and creating memes, chatting shit, and bringing life to the community.

Tweet, retweet, and discuss MELD on CT
GM regularly
Either make memes or bring memes to the community
Write articles (if you are a writer) about MELD or subjects close to MELD
Create content (if you are a creator) on anything even remotely related to MELD

Share alpha + insight (we all want to learn + make money in crypto)

4th Class

4th class is the elite, the very best at what the 5th class normally does. This means you bring your A game to creating memes, helping build the community, and create content around MELD.

Make memes
Tweet like a chad
GM everyday
Have a special skill
Be a fixture in the community, helping and vibing daily
Bringing projects to build on the MELD blockchain
Supporting developers building on MELD
Overseeing the 5th and 6th classes to make sure they are doing their jobs and are pulling their weight

3rd Class

3rd class are the managers within the community. They have direct oversight of the rest of the MELDalorians. They manage the channels in Discord and/or provide language support. They’re part of the group that decides on the promotion or dismissal of other MELDalorians.

3rd class also has access to he MELDalorian treasury and can spend $MELD for good causes and activities.

Coordinate raids
Galvanize the MELD community and initiatives
Meme architect, gather memes or get artists to create memes/sticker packs to further inspire and have fun
Irl meetups, (MELD will help fund)
Online events (poker, chess, online games etc)
Partnerships with other communities.

2nd Class

2nd class leads all ambassadors and has admin rights to manage the community infrastructure. They are the leading lights in the MELD community and are well-known throughout the community. A 2nd class MELDalorian will often make big contributions to the community like having their own project on the MELD blockchain or having an NFT collection or meme coin project.

2nd class has earned the respect of the rest of the community and not only participates in activities of other classes but leads by example.

1st Class

1st class MELDalorians are top tier leaders in the MELD army. They run the ambassador program and hold control over the Ambassador treasury. They are ultimately responsible for the success of the MELD community. All promotions and dismissals must be approved by a 1st class.

Compensation

MELD Ambassadors are paid on a monthly basis for the work they do to lead and develop the community of MELD. As each Ambassador performs their work and contributes to the community they will raise in rank and income. As everyone pulls in the same direction for the goals outlined, then everyone wins through bonuses.
