🔮 Ambassador Club — Round 1
The first round of hiring was a huge success! We had over 200 amazing applicants apply to the program, ranging from content creators, to translators, to community managers, to influencers, and even quantitative analysts!
We ended up hiring on 20 AMAZING ambassadors in the first round! Eveyone’s enthusiasm and engagement have been astounding to say the least and we appreciate everyone’s effort thus far. The ambassadors have been the glue holding the community together and have been at the forfront of communication. All of this, on top of a engaging core team, have helped bring about a great and vibrant community for MELD!
Notable initiatives by MELD Ambassadors
Some unique initiatives performed by the ambassadors were organizing partnerships, translating our whitepaper, writing and publishing press releases, creating YouTube videos, creating graphics and content for our community, and of course stirring up the best conversations daily filled with tons of ideas, passion, and amazing thoughts! Special mentions
Matt, one of the earliest ambassadors, has been promoted and is now a full-time employee with MELD! 🥳️ Matt was actually recruited and referred to be hired on by Hai. Matt was initially just a MELD community member in our Discord channel, and was answering question, providing clarification to new incoming members, and stirring up great engaging conversations with the community. He was then promoted to a Community Manager for the Discord and our Telegram Global group in the first round. Now, Matt will be working full-time on the MELD DAO and ADAmatic!
Bill was another great applicant to the first round and was initially hired on as a writer. He helped proofread the earlier versions of the MELD whitepaper and consistently exerts loads of initiative and is always looking for ways to help, and alleviate some workload from the core MELD team. Bill was recently promoted to be the MELD BLOG Manager position, where he makes sure articles are formatted correctly, are SEO compliant, are good quality, and ensures we have ongoing content for the coming weeks.

The MELD blog’s purpose is to educate, elaborate, and entice. We want to inform the public about MELD, Cardano, and cryptocurrency in general. We want to expand upon the many aspects surrounding all things MELD. Some examples are the MELD protocol, dApps, Foundations, DAOs, the DeFi space, activity within Cardano, the financial sector, and MELD’s partners. Through this sort of coverage, we want to encourage and attract readers to pay attention to MELD.
The ideal applicant would be someone who has writing experience in the any of the fields of cryptocurrency, blockchain, finance, economics, politics, and tech.
We would be looking for a minimum of 2 articles written per month.
