Hey there! Welcome to our Dev Diaries. This is where we give you a peek behind the curtain to see how we’re making MELDapp even better. So, what have we been up to in the last week?
MELDapp Web:
- Released BUILD 1.1.19 bringing the long-awaited bridging functionality,
- Developed a special NFT minting website, making everyone who bridged MELD tokens into the MELD blockchain eligible to claim the genesis MELD NFT for free (https://bridged.meld.com/),
- Improved WalletConnect feature to support dApps built on the MELD blockchain.
MELDapp Mobile:
- Refactored Crypto Wallet screen,
- Refactored Transaction Details screen,
- Numerous bug fixes based on internal tests and quality assurance,
- Improved error handling and mapping,
- UX improvements in the light of fast approaching product release for our Beta Testers.
Application:
- Started unit testing for the MELD staking protocol,
- Selected a security auditor for the MELD staking smart contracts,
- Rewrote draft version for all existing APIs for ERC-20, ERC-721 and token price, including: balance, transaction summary, transaction history, historical balance, latest token price, token price history with cache, wallet registration, NFT metadata with cache,
- Refined OpenAPI schema for the new API,
- Fixed data corruption related to address format for legacy APIs,
- Fixed NFT metadata cache for legacy API,
- Researched abetter Cardano indexing mechanism.
Infrastructure:
- Deployed testnet and mainnet subgraph updates,
- Migrated Grafana service to Fargate,
- Cleaned old redundant Grafana dashboards,
- Created AWS IAM role for Grafana access to CloudWatch,
- Upgraded SonarQube service,
- Added new GitHub repos to SonarQube.
