Be centered, be focused, and be present.

It seems like an easy task, but in my video here, I share my frustration in trying to get back to center in dealing with some dude with road rage.

When it comes to being successful in anything, the trend is quite overwhelming. Athletes, parents, businessmen, salesmen, etc. whether they know it or not, a key ingredient to their success is presence.

While effort and hustle are absolutely required, hustle without self awareness is like a ship in the fog.

In order for true performance and talent to reveal its potential, you must trust yourself to accomplish everything you seek to do.

Trusting yourself means letting go of the things you cannot control, focusing on what you can impact, and letting your skillsets and potential come out uninhibited.

In regard to being present and looking to the future, there is nothing wrong with strategizing. Just ensure you’re strategizing for what you can Impact NOW. Not in 5 years when XYZ happens.

Strategize for the future, know where you are going, then you can focus on being present, centered and in the zone.

There are many tools, tactics, and strategies to dealing with frustration, anger, anxiety, but the bottom line is this; you gotta figure out what works for you. In the video here I share how I was able to get back to center and focus on the present.

If you have questions or want to learn more about how I get focused on the present, email me at coaching@budheaton.com.
