ALP SHADOW MINISTRY CHANGES

Labor has also recently confirmed a minor shadow ministerial reshuffle with the Hon Linda Burney MP, the Hon Ed Husic MP, Ms Terri Butler MP being allocated new Shadow Ministerial responsibilities.

Ms Burney will take on the responsibilities of outgoing veteran frontbencher the Hon Jenny Macklin MP, gaining the Families and Social Services portfolio.

Mr Husic will take on Human Services, in conjunction with his existing Digital Economy responsibilities.

Ms Butler has been promoted to Shadow Minister for Employment Services, Workforce Participation and Future of Work, in addition to her existing position as Shadow Assistant Minister for Young Australians and Youth Affairs.
