Adjust operator(Tokamak1) commit commission rate

Hello. This is Tokamak Network.

We would like to announce that the commit commission rate will be adjusted due to the increment on a node operation cost of Tokamak1 caused by the Ethereum network transaction fee spike.

The adjustment will happen in around 2 weeks (11331544 blocks)
The commission rate will be changed from 0 to 2.5%
