Introduction of a new light theme!

Hello, this is layer 2 network developer, Tokamak Network. The light theme for TOSv2 website is now available. TOSv2 is a DeFi platform utilizing TOS, the token of decentralized launchpad platform TONStarter.

If you choose a light theme, you can use a white background, unlike the existing dark theme. Now you can either choose a light or dark theme to set the background.
