Today we are excited to announce our strategic partnership with Bounce.Finance. Bounce Finance is considered as the most innovative DeFi platform in the recent DeFi craze. Bounce Finance’s Tokamak network onboarding will be the cornerstone of popularizing the Tokamak network.
Bounce Finance introduction
Bounce Finance is a decentralized auction platform (Decentralized Auction Protocol) capable of general token transactions, OTC, ICO, and NFT transactions, providing a flexible swap system for decentralized finance.
In addition, multi-sig function of Bounce Finance distributes the platform wallet keys into 9 different keys for the multi-signers, personnels outside the platform. This solves the security issues of the platform and centralization of platform authority.
In recognition of these innovative initiatives, Bounce Finance has attracted investments from leading blockchain funds such as Blockchain Capital, Parafi capital, NGC Ventures, Kain from SNX, and Stani from Aave, the founders of the leading DeFi projects. Currently, Bounce Finance is listed on the world’s prominent exchanges such as Binance and Huobi.
Purpose of the partnership
Bounce.finance Layer-2 solutions integration
As mentioned above, Bounce Finance is a platform that supports auctions and swaps. However, such active participation in auctions and swaps is limited due to the performance limitations of the Ethereum mainnet (Layer 1).
For this reason, Bounce Finance’s auction trading is currently only available through competitive bidding. (Because all transaction details are disclosed due to the nature of the Ethereum blockchain) However, if a zero-knowledge-based layer 2 solution such as Zkopru or Zkrollup is used, new auction methods such as private bidding and bidding can be supported.
Tokamak Network fully supports Bounce Finance’s Layer 2 integration, aiming to achieve mass adoption of Bounce Finance by improving the performance of Bounce Finance and reducing Ethereum gas fees.
We look forward to collaborating with Bounce Finance in regards to utilizing Tokamak Network, which will be the cornerstone of the popularization of Tokamak Network’s Layer 2 solutions.
In the future, Tokamak Network will become the on-demand layer 2 platform with robust interoperability by integrating various layer 2 solutions such as Zkopru, Zkrollup OPRU, and ZVM.

앞서 언급한 바와 같이 바운스 파이낸스는 옥션 및 스왑을 중점적으로 지원하는 플랫폼으로 이더리움 메인넷(레이어1)이 가지고 있는 성능적인 한계로 인해 활발한 옥션 참여와 스왑이 제한되고 있습니다.
이러한 이유에서 현재 바운스 파이낸스의 옥션 거래는 경쟁 입찰 방식만이 가능합니다. (이더리움 블록체인의 특성상 모든 트랜잭션 내역이 공개되기 때문) 하지만 Zkopru나 Zkrollup와 같은 영지식 기반의 레이어 2 솔루션을 활용한다면 비공개 입찰, 비딩 등의 새로운 경매 방식도 지원할 수 있게 됩니다.
토카막 네트워크는 바운스 파이낸스의 레이어2 통합을 전폭적으로 지원해, 바운스 파이낸스의 성능 향상과 이더리움 가스 수수료 절감 등을 통해서 바운스 파이낸스의 Mass adoption을 달성하고자 합니다.
