Guide to “Minting” in your ONTO for Bifrost’s vETH Mint Drop!
We are happy to annonuce that the ONTO wallet now supports vETH “minting” for the Bifrost vETH Mint Drop program. Starting today, 100,000 BNC will be distributed amongst all the program participants (including ONTO users). The airdrop will be carried out by the Bitfrost team when the campaign finishes on 29th December.
Note: Please ensure your ONTO wallet has a minimum balance of 0.1 ETH to receive the airdrop. Below is a guide on how you can mint vETH.
1. Minting vETH
Step 1: Download ONTO from https://onto.app. Locate the “Market” section in ONTO and find “vETH Mint Drop” from the list or search “vETH Mint Drop” to start.
Step 2: Tap the “Liebi Pool” dApp to mint vETH.
Step 3: Enter the amount of ETH you want to mint, and then tap on the “Mint” button (Minimum amount is 0.1 ETH).
Step 4: Check the ETH transaction fee, enter your password, and then tap next to confirm the transaction.
Step 5: Transaction is done! Please confirm the vETH balance in the Liebi Pool dApp.
2. Binding Your BNC Address
Step 1: At this point, exit the dApp and navigate to the “Asset” section. Look up DOT in the asset list and then copy the address.
Step 2: Now navigate back into the Liebi dApp from the vETH Mint Drop page. You can check your vETH balance here. Tap the “Bind” option below to bind the address you just copied, then paste the address in the field, tap “Bind”, and enter your password to complete the process.
Step 3: Return to the Liebi Pool dApp and claim your vETH by tapping the “Claim” button.
Note: All claimed BNC will be distributed to the respective accounts after the campaign.
