ONTO Kicks Off a 6,000 ONG Event Series with a Deposit Week

To help users experience firsthand the various aspects of Web3 and get the hang of the core functions of ONTO, starting from August 1, ONTO will host a four-week event series with a total prize pool of 6,000 ONG. Each week, simply complete certain tasks under a different theme, and you will have a chance to win big rewards. If you have participated in the Arbitrum Odyssey, then you probably already know how this works.
We are excited to add that the rewards of this event will be distributed using the ONTO Red Packet, a brand new feature rolled out in ONTO 4.3.4. Here’s how it works: at the end of each event, a red packet code is sent to each eligible participant, who only needs to open the ONTO Wallet and enter the code in the ONTO Red Packet dApp to claim the rewards. In addition to the red packets, similar to the Arbitrum Odyssey, users who complete certain tasks will also receive a special NFT, and if you collect all 4 NFTs, a huge prize will be waiting for you!
Week 1: Deposit into ONTO to Win Red Packets
In the first week, there will be 4 deposit events, which require users to deposit a specified amount of tokens into ONTO Wallet at a specified time to be eligible for the bonus.

Event Period: August 1st 10:00 — August 5th 09:00 (UTC)
To win the rewards, please complete the following tasks.
Task:
- Open ONTO Wallet, add the chain wallet for the specified token
- Open the Token page, find the receiving address, and deposit the required amount of the token into ONTO Wallet
- ONTO will announce the winners and the red pocket code on Twitter, winners can then open the ONTO Red Packet dApp, and enter the code to claim the rewards.
Day 1: Deposit ONG on Ontology Chain/Ontology EVM
Event Period: August 1st 10:00 — August 2nd 9:00 (UTC)
Rules: The first 100 participants who deposit at least 5 ONG (Ontology Chain/Ontology EVM) and keep it until the end of this round will receive 4 ONG each

Event Period: August 2nd 10:00 — August 3rd 9:00 (UTC)
Rules: All users who deposit at least 0.05 BNB and keep it until the end of this round will be eligible for a lucky draw. 10 users will be selected to receive a 20 ONG red packet each.

Day 3: Deposit MATIC on Polygon Chain
Event Period: August 3rd 10:00 — August 4th 9:00 (UTC)
Rules: In this round, you can have 2 choices: either deposit 2 MATIC and keep it until the end of the round to share out a prize pool of 50 ONG, or you can deposit 5 MATIC and keep it until the end of the round to share out a prize pool of 150 ONG

Day 4: Deposit ETH on Optimism Chain
Event Period: August 4th 10:00 — August 5th 9:00 (UTC)
Rules: All users who deposit at least 0.005 ETH and keep it at least until the end of this round will be eligible to share out 200 ONG

Notes
- The red packet codes for each round will be announced on Twitter at 13:00 UTC on the day the round ends, participants can check the list of winners and the codes for that round;
- To be eligible for the rewards, users are required to deposit new tokens into ONTO wallet, those who already have the specified tokens in their wallet also need to deposit the specified amount of tokens after the activity starts;
- After the deposit is completed, remember to reopen ONTO Wallet and refresh the balance on the asset page, otherwise, your eligibility may be invalid as the balance remain unrefreshed.
- All ONTO users can participate, but each ONT ID/device is counted only once. Download ONTO now.
- Participants must use ONTO Wallet, not the ONTO Web extension.
