To close off this spectacular year, ONTO is releasing a NFT Treasure box! As a way to thank you to all of our community members who have been with us, we wanted to release limited edition NFT medals to reward users who have consistently followed the monthly challenge. Some of these NFT’s will even give you a certain amount of ONG tokens as added bonus!

The ONTO NFT Medal of the Year 2020 is a limited edition NFT medal for collectors who participated in the annual ONTO NFT Medal Collection challenge. There are three types: Journeyman, Expert and Master, with a total quantity of of 20,000, 200 and 50 respectively. All of them are NFT assets under the OEP-5 standard.

Users who hold one or more monthly NFT medals or hidden medals can redeem an annual NFT medal during the redemption period in the ONTO NFT dApp. There are a total of 3 different medals you can redeem!

Redemption Duration:

Dec 23, 2020 — Dec 31, 2020 (UTC Time)

Rules:

Each ONT ID can only be used to redeem once. The annual NFT medal obtained through redemption cannot be transferred to other addresses during the event period.

Redeem a “MASTER” Medal

To redeem a “MASTER” medal, users will need to have at least 9 monthly medals / hidden medals that they can trade in to receive their “MASTER” medal in their ONTO wallet. Users who receive a “MASTER” medal while also having more than 50 ONTO points are eligible to receive up to 99 ONG in rewards as well.

Redeem an “EXPERT” Medal

To redeem a “EXPERT” medal, users will need to have at least 7 monthly medals / hidden medals that they can trade in to receive their “EXPERT” medal in their ONTO wallet. Users who receive a “EXPERT” medal while also having more than 50 ONTO points are eligible to receive up to 33 ONG in rewards as well.

Redeem a “JOURNEYMAN” Medal

To redeem a “JOURNEYMAN” medal, users will need to have at least 1 monthly medal(s) / hidden medal(s) that they can trade in to receive their “JOURNEYMAN” medal in their ONTO wallet.

Open ONTO Discover page->Search ONTO NFT dApp to redeem your annual NFT medal.
After the redemption, you can view the annual NFT medal obtained on the Assets page->Collectibles.
A guide on how to obtain ONTO Points can be found on the ONTO Data page>click on the profile picture in the upper left corner -> click My ONTO points to view.
The ONG rewards received will be directly distributed to the Ontology address under the ONT ID.
