Onchain wins the Microsoft Accelerator Shanghai (Third Cohort) Graduation Award
On 21st June, “Think Next” Microsoft Accelerator Shanghai held its third cohort alumni enterprise exhibition event.
Fang Shizhong, the Mayor of the Xuhui District Government of Shanghai; Chen Jing, Vice President of INESA (Group) Co., Ltd.; Dr. Hsiao-Wuen Hon, Microsoft Corporate Vice President, Chairman of Microsoft Asia-Pacific R&D Group and Managing Director of Microsoft Research Asia; as well as officials from relevant government offices of the Xuhui District Government; well-known venture capital institutions and investors; and more than 40 key media representatives were in attendance.
Data trusted, value freed. The Co-Founder and Vice President of Onchain, Yang Wentao, gave a keynote speech on the core values of blockchain and problems in blockchain infrastructure implementation. Wentao also talked about the next generation trust and cooperation platform brought by Ontology.
Yang Wentao said: “Members of Ontology ecosystem can be categorized into four parts: community, individual, entity authentication system providers, and industry application system providers. We hope to attract technology talent from domestic and international institutions and communities, and in the meantime enhance interaction and training through community cultivation. Individuals can engage in Ontology’s distributed identity management and join the community to provide support and improvement suggestions”.
In the meantime, CA, eID, and other entity authentication service providers and institutions, as well as companies, organizations, communities, and individuals, can provide entity authentication services within their scopes and trust levels. Excellent teams from all walks of life can build their own businesses and support Ontology-based entrepreneurship or business development.
Wentao also shared with the audience the first identity product led by Onchain — Guiyang Identity Chain — and Law Chain, an electronic data storage and authentication platform which can provide more than 1.5 million attests per day.
