Ontology Partners with AP.LLC to Bring Blockchain Solutions to Japan

Ontology, the public blockchain specializing in decentralized identity and data, has partnered with AP.LLC, a private Japanese IT consultancy firm that helps to maximise value for client portfolios and strategies in the Japanese market.

Reflecting a strong appetite for blockchain, a recent report found that the number of cryptocurrency and blockchain companies in Japan increased by 30% in 2020.

Looking to capitalise on this growth, Ontology has been playing an active role in Japan, as evidenced by its participation in the b.tokyo exhibition and its partnership with Japanese gaming giant, gumi Cryptos. Partnering with AP.LLC is the first step in a wider strategy to bring Ontology’s products to companies within the burgeoning Japanese market that are looking to adopt blockchain solutions.

AP.LLC has strong ties with domestic research institutions and researchers. The IT solutions it develops and provides have been adopted by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
