Welcome
Now is a unique time for people in the crypto business. Larger coins are consolidating and looking for greater exposure, and mid-sized coins are exploring new business strategies to distinguish themselves with a better roadmap further. Moreover, some of the small or scam coins are trying to exit the market and left their community and roadmap behind. These events are creating exciting new opportunities in the crypto industry.

In my role as Co-founder of ONZCoin, I visit potential partners to understand their business plans and challenges. Some common themes I’m hearing are the need for unique content, better model and intelligence. These discussions help to reshape our strategy and will direct our platform roadmap. We digest these themes and are already reviewing our direction, to make our flagship platform a better over the next few quarters.

Our focus is, and we are undertaking some exciting initiatives to expedite that ideal. We are recently working very hard on proof of concept on some of the new ideas to code new services and functionalities. This type of ingenuity and competition is one reason I am excited about the next few quarters.

Overall, ONZCoin is in significant growth from the begin of 2018. ONZ supporters are retaining us for new technological challenges, beyond good solid phase one and two delivery, such as ONZNet, POC of ONZSpace, exchanges listing and mature ONZ community. ONZ supporters are transitioning away from only focusing on ONZ price to being more supportive and patience on the ONZ team and realising the belief of ONZ in building a social network with crypto rewards still a doable and project with huge potential. I want to give thanks to all of them who are supporting ONZ team.

Stay tuned, and the next few quarters will be exciting. We’re also hard at work on an innovative idea, which should integrate with ONZSpace into a seamless, global whole platform.

ONZSpace
All of ONZ supporters are nearly run out of patience on ONZSpace, the flagship social media platform ONZ team developing, which required to comply with a broader range of new functionalities to make it more interesting to stand out from the traditional social media platform. Since the completion of ICO and ONZ team have shifted more of the development force from ONZNet to ONZSpace, as it takes more resources than what we think not only because of technical challenges but also new ideas came up which shift the direction of ONZSpace a bit. Also, most of the social network and major market players are restricting the policy for the third party, especially for the crypto technology firm to access their systems. These events also make ONZ team come up with alternative solutions to couple with the original goal, social network integration with crypto reward.

ONZ Space beta is coming soon

Currently, ONZ Dev collaborated over last few months to design, build, test and deliver extensive functionality changes to comply with these new initiatives. Specific functional areas affected include social media API integration because of restricted on approval procedure and user data access. ONZ Dev is almost there for the beta software which we believe it will launch in next few quarters to ONZ community, only people whom HODLing certain amount of ONZ coin will have access during pre-launch period.

ONZNet
As you knew, ONZ forked from a specific version of Lisk, and ONZ dev made some fixes, adjustments and enhancements on top of it. Also, ONZ Dev team believe the current version (0.9.14) is stable backbone which capable to support ONZSpace in next 20years. Moreover, most of the delegates (85%) are running with the latest software and some still on the previous one which plenty familiar in other DPOS networks. Because of this, ONZ decides to shift most of our development force to ONZSpace and leave ONZNet untouched, and that why some people grieving ONZNet is too behind Lisk. ONZ Dev is focusing more on the application and integration instead of the blockchain itself. Currently, ONZNet is running with 341 delegates nodes, 101 active delegates per forging cycle and not forging rate are about 5% which looks plenty good. So ONZNet will be left untouched until ONZSpace deliver.

ONZCoin.com
As we mentioned in the Jul/Aug newsletter, ONZCoin.com will rebranded, and it is on the way. Our designer has finalised the look and feel and working on the branding and styling for ONZCoin.com. The new website will have more information on the ongoing project updates, newsletters archives, ONZ listed exchanges and useful information and tools you should know about ONZ. It is coming on the way and will deliver as scheduled.

ONZ Listing
ONZ have listed in many exchanges, and those are not a big one but with potential. So we are happy to announce that 3 out of them are now on CoinMarketCap, which mean that even single ONZ coin you traded over those exchanges will be counted and help to push ONZ on CoinMarketCap as well. Please join us in congratulating BitBTC, Graviex and Openledger.
