The water-proof Oonee bench is designed to activate public space, while withstanding the rigors of the urban environment

Sometimes a bench is more than just a bench.

The Oonee bench represents the next evolution in our commitment to a design that carefully integrates form and function; paring great public space amenities with robust infrastructure for bikes and scooters.

Made out of reclaimed ipe wood and powdercoated aluminum steel straps, each modular bench is secured to the pod by a series of removable screws and clips. This innovation allows the bench to be removed for events, alterations to the vinyl graphics or construction.

The Oonee bench comes is designed to withstand the effects of rain, snow and extreme weather. Like the pod itself, the modular bench can be customized and adjusted to meet the needs of different site conditions. The bench itself can be customized to different lengths, while the ipe would can come in varying colors and textures. Each aluminum strap can be powdercoat painted to a different color in order to match existing design schemes.
