Opacity Drive (Beta) is available for Windows and Mac
We are very pleased to announce the release of the desktop app for Windows and Mac! This will make it easier and more convenient to access your Opacity account using your local PC or Mac device.

Release Notes
This is an early release beta which means there are some known issues and you may encounter additional issues during use. Proceed with caution!

Known Issues
- Drag and drop a folder that contains files will only upload the files and not the root folder.
- Downloading multiple large files may not work as expected.
- Deleting many files at once may be slower than expected.
- There is a small orange frame around the UI.
- Using the “back” key on a mouse will log out of the app.
- Delete progress bar may float and is not anchored to the bottom of the page.
- Design improvements needed to more closely match web experience.
- Cancelling uploads and downloads is not available. This is a core feature being added to web that will also be added to desktop.
- M1 Macbook is not yet supported.
