The DevOps Canvas to collect and organize informations about projects

In this story, I introduce the DevOps Canvas. Through my DevOps coaching experiences, I have identified a number of fundamental themes common to all projects. To facilitate the questioning of teams and the collection of this information, I created the DevOps Canvas.

The DevOps Canvas contains examples of basic questions to get discussions started. The DevOps coach can simply be there to initiate these discussions, and then let the team take ownership of this document and fill it in. It can be used with a DevOps…
