I know you’ve seen them, these tech bros who look like thinly disguised aliens right out of an episode of Men in Black.
They try to fit in. Try to update their images. Wear the clothes and fake the hair and showcase their luxury lifestyles, selling us the benefits of their platforms and their “vision” of colonizing other planets and of hacking their bodies to live forever.
Let’s be real, they’re going off the deep end aren’t they? They’re trying to re-program human cells, taking supplements by the fistful and undergoing plasma transfusions from young donors in what amounts to high-tech vampirism.
All this to extend their lifespans.
No ordinary human being can afford this insanity on an ongoing basis. This is a playground for the obscenely rich — an exclusive immortality club with no room for the rest of us.
Even as they preach about their tech infused future, the flaw in their reasoning is painfully clear…
