How to Use Ai In the Kitchen

I have something to share that’s super nifty. I’ve been experimenting with Artificial Intelligence as it’s being used for transcribing audio.

Over the past couple days I’ve been using an app on my iPhone called Transcribe Ai to turn podcasts into editable text. This is almost like using a super power. The software listens to the audio, saves an audio file, and produces various kinds of text based output.

I can get the actual transcription — what the Ai heard and transcribed — word for word. And I can also get an Ai enhanced summary: of what it understood and summarized into a few paragraphs.

The Ai will output the summary it created in any of these styles you choose. Here are a few options that are available:

Dude. Seriously? I’ve been Hemingway-ing my outputs for brevity and snap. Not kidding, I love this freaking thing.

On a whim, I tried it to capture a recipe for a spicy eggplant dish my wife created today. It was delicious and I wanted to share it…
