What to Expect from the Ruling Class as Climate Change Progresses
Just how many seats are there on a spaceship?
Let’s get real, if the elites get their way, all of us will be left behind on a broken planet.
Have you ever listened to the advice of rich folk? It’s fascinating the way they think. Things that an ordinary person would view as absurd, they put the weight of their money behind (like paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to ride a privately built submarine).
One guy in particular usually grabs my attention, he gushes about colonizing Mars. Mars. He usually speaks so reasonably, so intelligently, you’ll forgive me for almost buying what he was selling.
Just the notion that humankind has evolved enough to push past the planetary bounds appeals to every nerdy Sci-Fi drenched bone in my body. The idea that our destiny could soon lie beyond the planet really gives me the fizz.
But the more I listened to his argument, the more I realized this man, this public intellectual and card carrying member of the elites really didn’t think through what he was saying.
