If you’re interested and think you want a place to hang out and share your stories, jump in. The water’s fine. We won’t judge or criticize.

Hi guys, this is a call for writers if you’re interested in a light open publication dedicated to sharing what you’ve learned in life.

It’s a place to write with your heart, edit with your message in mind and post to share with your friends across Medium.

What we publish

We’re looking for life lessons, funny stories and rants with a reason. We aim to provide content that’s useful, entertaining, and/or interesting.

This includes ‘This Happened to Me’ stories, your best recipes, personal photo essays, garden tours/tutorials and even fiction with a function. We’re also cool with personal and political opinions.

We believe everyone has something to teach and we want to share your message. That’s why we publish.

As long as you’re a Medium Member and your articles follow Medium’s guidelines for posting re: what’s allowed and what’s not, we’re happy to host your articles on Open Microphone.
