Quill is excited to welcome two new interns to the team this summer!

Rod Abhari

Rod Abhari is interning with Quill’s Education Team, working primarily on content development and user outreach. After graduating from Middlebury College in 2015 with a BA in Sociology, he went on to receive a Masters in Science and Technology Studies from Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

Rod joined our team this summer because he believes that Quill’s practical approach to writing instruction provides students with the communication skills necessary to succeed in today’s digital world. When he is not creating content for Quill, he can be found with his headphones in, discovering new music and podcasts.

Eric Tang

Eric Tang is a Development Team intern working on Quill’s interface and natural language processing tools. He is a rising Sophomore at Stanford University, where he studies Computer Science and History.

Why did Eric choose Quill? Because it combines his love of both education and web development. He’s always loved teaching and tutoring students, and Quill is a platform to help thousands of students learn. Outside of Quill, you can usually find Eric cooking, curled up with a good book, or running along the East River.
