Notably…Our engagement with Concord was characterized by exceptionally strong staff engagement throughout the whole project. In total, the OpenCounter team implemented 47 permits and 180 fees, across 9 different divisions varying from Engineering to Police. In particular, the Planning division did an amazing amount of testing by dividing 140 use codes for testing amongst all staff. 100% of uses were tested for both keywords and permissions. This level of testing before launch ensures that the Zoning Portal is incredibly accurate for the public. Moreover, the OpenCounter team will be able to utilize the comprehensive list of keywords generated by staff for our other agencies.
