Using our C-Layer protocol solution

C-layer is an open source protocol initiative, a layer for blockchains that issue and manage the tokenization lifecycle by connecting and meeting requirements of everyone (institutions, business, people and regulators), faster, cheaper, and easier while being compliant with the law.

We aim to simplify the tokenization market, as well as providing access to primary and secondary markets, through DeFI, with an optimal gas consumption and optimized execution for issuers who wish to be compliant with the regulation.

Our goal is to create a token standard that allows smart contract implementation by integrating compliance and social functionalities into it. In other words, we want to enable the access to OpenFinance.

The Openfiz API runs on the C-Layer protocol (on the ethereum network) created by Cyril Lapinte, founder of Openfiz, released in 2019. A light and initial version of the C-Layer protocol has already been used through multiple projects including the first tokenization of shares compliant with Swiss law. Currently, the version 1.2. is already in use, and has been audited (the User Regitry, wEquity and Voting components) Openfiz developed.

Openfiz aims to create a standard for tokens, through the C-Layer protocol, enabling token issuance management (basic parameters, Mint, burn, freeze, Seize), voting, redemption, ownership, data storage, multi-token, rates, voting, wrapped token, User Id List (KYC/AML Management thanks the User Registry) and many other components connected such as filtering transactions through the Rule engine, that allows the token to be fully compliant with any jurisdiction.

More to come, as we are currently developing….. a nice surprise for the community before Christmas.

An if you want to build a fully compliant token, contact us: contact@openfiz.com

If you want to test it on your own or, contribute, here is the C-Layer protocol address on github: https://github.com/c-layer/contracts.
