Human Resource Management is the process of recruiting employees, selecting, providing training and development..etc. The man behind the HR management called HR manager has the ability to control the employees inside that company from when they start the job there. Now, Every organizations and company include an HR Manager position, which helps companies for creating a better job environment between employees and Managers.

The purpose of human resource management is to make the job and done with an employee. In order to identify a particular person for a corresponding job title is a human resource’s duty. Notification related to the job description and duties should be provided. Which is important for all managers scheme, it’s because of some reasons behind the responsibilities. Save time from avoiding useless interviews, recruiting experienced employees, Avoid discriminatory action which may lead to court..etc.
