Paula is an amazing friend, but more than that she’s one of the most creative people I’ve ever met. She’s currently working on a project about collecting plastic rubbish that washes ashore in a particular beach she goes to. She refers to it as the new archeological material, which is of course true, considering how long plastic takes to decompose. From these pieces she finds, she makes incredible things with it, like the lampshade in the picture.
