Lockdown, I, and the tumultuous times!

On an individualistic level, living amidst pandemic was a paradigm that needed a praxis-oriented approach.

Lockdown seems a horrendous idea and a deafening choice, right? But what other alternative did we had, when the world is grappling with virulence? The microscopic organism which even over-powered the super-powers and brought everyone to the knees. Yes, you’re making the inevitable assumption — the defining movement and the word which has the power to give us anxiety and depression just by its name.

Even a slight nostalgia of COVID-19 gives us goosebumps — making our body clumsy and our mind sick. After all, it’s a virus that eradicated almost everything around us.

To ensure that the spread of coronavirus is contained, all of us switched to lockdown as it was the only effective way to save our lives when our healthcare system couldn’t handle the crisis.

Pandemic pinched every aspect of our life and shattered the world economy. But here comes a harsh truth and turning point — government and higher authorities are crying for the economy while the surge in the number of cases and deaths is increasing exponentially.

Starting from ending December, the worst came as we witnessed thousands of people dying…
