Before the submission to opinioc@outlook.com, we highly recommend you to go through this article, to ensure that both your and our thought process is in sync.
Who can submit?
Opinioc welcomes unsolicited submissions, representing a broad range of writers to present their point of view on various issues and dynamics around the world.
Currently, we consider one opinion/piece per day from an author and emphasize on giving impetus to originality, plurality, and diversity.

What can you submit?
You can submit in the following categories:
1.) Environment:
To publish/tag in the Environment Section, writers are requested to formulate the piece which can give insights to any of the issues of regional, national as well as international importance. To get a brief idea about what it is all about — it simply means that your piece should throw light on any of the contemporary issues which are having multisectoral implications and a deep imprint on the overall geopolitical scenario.
2.) World:
The World Section has been created with a purpose to traverse diverse global issues that aren’t specific. The section can include multivariate issues pertaining to global politics, economics, contemporary issues/crisis, and something in between or beyond the aforementioned domain.
3.) Society:
Society reflects complexity and dynamism which entails not just progression but also ever-evolving contextual issues. Hence, the commentary of the author should maintain a striking balance between the historical roots and contemporary reflections. In generalized terms, it should focus on Women Empowerment, psychological stigmatization, mental health issues, globalization, and much more.
4.) Sci-Tech:
Coming to Sci-Tech, an abbreviation designed for the Science and Technology section cumulatively. The idea here is to provide comprehensive and extensive coverage on the recent breakthroughs’, scientific research, technological developments, and issues related to them. Here, the writer has a plethora of choices in selecting a topic and writing an opinion on the same. In a truncated sense, it could revolve around anything from Nano-Technology, Bio-Technology, Space, IT to any other topic of significance.
5.) Endoxa and Poetry:
A distinguished section with the name of Endoxa and Poetry — has been created for those who don’t want to be bound by the concrete facts and figures of the above-mentioned affairs. The concept here is to provide space to writers who aspire to fly free in the skies of creativity coupled with life experiences, self-evolved philosophy, and day to day ethical dilemmas.
Limit of your words:
Word limit is what a writer should be aware of. A good and scintillating piece means that it should not be less than 700 words and the upper-limit depends on the author only. If it is a well research-oriented piece, it can go up to 3000 words and we don’t have any problem in publishing the same. However, the limit of your words doesn’t apply to section Endoxa and Poetry.
How to submit:
Write to us at opinioc@outlook.com — with your piece, attached as a Word Document(.Doc or .DOCx). The subject of the mail should be in the following format Submission: Title or Op-Ed: Title or Article for Publication: Title.
In the body of the mail please add a little bit of information/excerpt about your piece. Include a 1–2 sentence long bio so that we can write it at the bottom of your piece. The bio should include your Medium.com @ username also (create one for free if you don’t have one) as we’ll need the account to add you to our publication as a writer. If you already have one Medium account and want to be added as a writer, kindly fill this form.
We appreciate the time you took to fill the aforementioned form. You should be added as a writer within 2–5 business days — though, we acknowledge every response received, give it an utmost priority and emphasize doing things quicker.
Headlines & Subheads:
Headlines and subheads will be the prerogative of the editors. The headline may not be changed if it justifies and substantiates the opinions/view and factual information in the body of the article. Additional subhead may be used if there is any such need felt by the editors. The headline must not exceed 20 words.
Points to ponder upon:
Once, your work will be published we’ll revert to you through the email and provide the link of the same in the body(if you haven’t created a Medium account) with a review of the same.
