I work in Myanmar in Southeast Asia, and co-founded a social enterprise called Opportunities NOW. We’re beginning a project that will develop messenger bots that act as financial literacy tools — bot story-tellers, trainers, financial advisers and assistants that strengthen decision-making ability among some of the poorest of society. The potential for increasing financial inclusion, income, and quality of life through Messaging Experience Design is unimaginable, and we’re excited to push the frontier of the space!
