Gamification 2.1 Rewards Fixes

We are running QA tests on a regular basis so we can quickly find bugs without diminishing user experience. One of the issues we ran across last week was an incorrect display of Gamification rewards. Our QAs and developers have successfully fixed the bug to allow our users a seamless Gamification experience.

Full and Short Task Descriptions

This update is also about our Gamification feature. To avoid user confusion, we have added full and short task descriptions so that users have a better understanding of individual tasks and how to complete them. We believe the new instructions will not only add clarity, but will also increase user engagement.

New Modal Window

In our Gamification feature, we have developed a new modal window for users. This window is now available for two tasks only — “Create request” and “Create offer”. Once a user clicks on a task, the window pops up, displaying a full task description, rewards, and the “Create request” or “Create offer” button. Clicking on a button takes users directly to a page where they can complete the task.

Active\Inactive Rewards

For user convenience, we have made the distinction between active and inactive rewards more obvious. Rewards that have been received are displayed in color, while those in uncompleted status remain greyed out, meaning they are yet to be earned.
