Opporty’s Minimum Viable Product

Opporty’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is now accessible for application and use. This means that all of the following functionality is now available:

1. Users can use decentralized escrow smart contracts through the Network.

You may now use Opporty’s Escrow mechanism to ensure safe business transactions. To take advantage of this amazing feature, go to your personal account, click on the ‘Escrow’ section and fill out the following fields:

1. Title
2. Requirements
3. Provider
4. Escrow Judges
5. Due date
6. Price

Once the deal is arranged, you will have to wait for approval from the provider.

2. Anyone can use decentralized escrow smart contracts outside of the Network, using open-source code released on GitHub.

3. Companies may use open-source code to build their own applications outside the Network.

4. Companies will customize and update the code base for decentralized escrow smart contracts in a public repository to make it available for the open-source community. In this way, anyone can use the code to build third-party applications or conduct transactions within or outside of the network.

5. OPP tokens now available for purchase.

Users may now purchase tokens in the ‘Billing’ section of their personal accounts by clicking on the button, as shown in the screenshot. Currently, OPP tokens are also available on the BTCEXA exchange.

To purchase OPP tokens on the BTCEXA exchange, you must first register and pass KYC verification on the platform: www.btcexa.com/

6. You may use OPP tokens to pay for priority listing services, conduct transactions with other users on the Network (including payment for services), and purchase offers, in addition to your monthly package of free offers.

OPP tokens can be used on the Opporty platform. First, convert your OPP tokens into Coins, our on-platform currency. The screenshot below shows how to convert OPP tokens into Coins in the ‘Billing’ section.

After clicking ‘Billing’, press the “Exchange to Coins” button. Type in the following information:

1. Your email address, so the Opporty team can contact you.
2. The number of Coins you wish to purchase.

You will receive your coins within 24 hours following your request. You will also receive an email notification.

You may purchase priority listing services for Coins. Just choose the preferred Priority in ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Get Priority’.

You may also buy the location where you wish to display your offers. Choose the desirable Priority in ‘Settings’ and click ‘Increase’.

You may use OPP tokens to pay for services displayed in the ‘Marketplace’ section.

Go to ‘Marketplace’ and choose the preferred service. You will see the price in OPP tokens on the card, as shown in the screenshot below:

Once you have chosen the service you wish to purchase, click ‘Order this service’.

You will see a modal view. Please type in your message, mentioning that you would like to pay in OPP tokens, and press ‘Submit’.

Your reply will go to the Marketplace (Orders) section in the personal account of the provider. Once the provider responds, you can negotiate the details.

7. Users may receive OPP tokens as part of Opporty’s gamification rewards system, including the knowledge-sharing platform.

Users receive Points for accomplishing certain tasks. These Points can be converted to OPP Tokens. To explore this feature, please go to ‘Rewards & Challenges’.

8. Users can vote for escrow members, choosing from other users within the Network

To vote for an escrow member, users can follow the link: https://opporty.com.au/arbitrators and choose their preferred candidate. On that page, you will also find information about the candidates. In order to vote, you must be registered or logged into the platform.

9. Companies can invite respected community members to the Network and select them to serve as escrow arbitrators in particular transactions, if none are yet present.

You may nominate someone as a candidate or apply yourself. To do so, please follow the link https://opporty.com.au/arbitrators and click on ‘Recommended / add’.

You will see a pop-up. Please fill out all required fields:

1. First name
2. Last name
3. Specialization
4. Position
5. Experience
6. Description
7. Download photo

After filling out the form, click ‘Send’. Your request will be sent to the Opporty team, and we review it and make your approved candidate eligible for voting.

To launch a conversion, click “Exchange to OPP Tokens”

Use the modal view to type in your email (so the Opporty team can contact you) and the number of points you wish to convert.

Once we receive your request, we will send OPP tokens to your wallet.
