As I swept, mopped, and cleaned my home on Monday, thoughts of the flow and circulation of life washed over me. I love cleaning day because it creates freshness, new life, and a start to a new week.

Life moves along but can slow and become stagnant in some areas if we do not nurture it.

I began to muse about recent times when joy bubbled up and cascaded down with delight upon my life. Whenever I declutter and give away items, it seems as if those cabinets and drawers magically fill up with goodness again.

Giving away some extra teas and hot chocolates suddenly allowed me to receive more as gifts. The reciprocity of the universe works in wondrous ways! I laugh and smile every time I open that cabinet!
