Each step on our journey, rain or shine, leads us to endless possibilities. Running in our back garden, around the trees, through the grass, with glimpses of the flowers opens up the world to me.

This life is our training ground for the soul.

We can ignore the joy around us or drink it into our hearts to create dreams bigger than we ever thought possible.

It is my second week of running six days a week in our garden for a few minutes at a time. During my run, I listen to a motivational podcast. Those magical words inspire me to do more, be more, and show up!

Have you ever thought of your soul’s mission?

It is often not your job. It is something you uniquely do to bring joy into the world. Mine is to spread happiness with smiles, writing, motivation, and kindness. You can accomplish your life goal through many avenues.
