Holding Space
How to wrap your days in love
I am content with my heart breaking, because I know it will always rebuild into something greater. Something so powerful and luminous that I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Our hearts are resilient, strong, and wise. They break slightly every day witnessing tiny and huge losses. Yet, if we hold space for ourselves and others by radiating light and kindness, our time here is wrapped in love.
Giving ourselves time to notice beauty is a form of prayer.
Sending someone kindness in your thoughts is powerful. Leaving room for them in your life affects them more than we know. Love sent in any form is the path forward.
Our hearts are connected and messages reach us when we most need them. Compassion is a compass for the soul.
Let us be the carriers of the light, holding space for those in pain, feeling lost, or caught in a traumatic loop. We never know when we may also need healing.
