How to release everything even in chaos

Strange little symptoms kept popping up for me in the past few days. One moment, I can feel full of energy the next, there is a twinge of pain or inflammation.

Yet, my faith in life keeps me moving forward.

Today, I took a walk outside to witness the beauty of the colorful show fall puts on for all of us. As I noticed each leaf, energy flowed.

Drinking cups of mint and chamomile tea, water, and coconut water keep my spirits afloat. Each sip is a tonic for my body and soul. Last night, I messaged my doctor as well. I believe in reaching out for help as well as helping myself.

Perhaps this internal chaos has a deeper meaning. Every moment is an opportunity to get still and notice the messages trying to reach me.
